FHE vs Cedar Springs
The Hawks headed to another "Hawk" stadium to take on Cedar Springs for their second game of the year. On a cloudy and occasionally wet night, the visiting Hawks took control of the game early and never looked back, handing the home Hawks a 35-7 beating and earning FHE its first win of the year. FHE scored first on a long run by Jeshurun Washington. Scores by Charlie Farmer, Jesse Greenert and two by QB Spencer Elliot paced the Hawks.
Strong defense led by Junior Mark Lawson only allowed Cedar Springs one score.
